Here at Erin Church of the Nazarene we believe that kids are a VITAL part of the family of Faith, Hope, and Love and that God is ready to meet them and use them even NOW! We want to partner with parents to help introduce their children to the life changing POWER of Jesus Christ!
Our children gather together on Sunday mornings for Circuit City Live, our children’s weekly worship experience where the living and active Word of God is taught in a fun and exciting way that kids can enjoy and understand. We worship with songs and prayer and also have hands on activities to help SPARK learning in the minds of our kids. We believe that there are three basic truth’s we want our kids to know before they leave 5th grade: 1. I can trust God no matter what 2. I need to make wise choices and 3. I should treat other people the way I want to be treated.
On Wednesday nights in Circuit City we offer “The Switch” The Switch operates in seasons. During the fall we bring our gifts and talents together and offer them to our God in Worship with a full blown Christmas Musical including music, drama, dance, and as much fun as possible. We also spend time in small groups where we dig into the purpose and content of our musical.
Through the winter and Spring “The Switch” is a time of celebration, support, and learning. We Open each night with some fun songs of praise, a little siliness and prayer. Then we get into our small group rotations. Each week your child will rotate between workshops like Music, Art, Games, Cooking, Science, Drama, Movie, etc… Over the course of a few weeks they will experience the Bible Story in a variety of ways and become very familiar with each story we study.
